Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Baby Fityani Boutique before items are returned. Please submit your return request to sara@babyfityani.com . We will review your request and email you an approval and instructions for returning your product.
Please do not mail any products back to Baby Fityani Boutique without an e-mail authorization or the products will be shipped back to you and shipping costs will apply.
All custom items are final sale.
For refund or exchange, items must be in their original condition when purchased; unworn, unused, and in their original packaging or the order will sent back and additional shipping charges will apply.
Shipping and gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to return or exchange a products that shipped for free, you will be issued a refund minus the standard shipping cost for the product.
